Disney on Ice presents Worlds of Fantasy

Nearly every little girl dreams of being a Disney Princess.  For some girls it was Snow White, while for others it was Cinderella.  For me, I wanted to be Ariel so badly.  Maybe it was a product of growing up in Florida, 5 minutes from the beach, that made me dream of being a mermaid – and one with red hair that could sing?!  Amazing.  Either way, as a kid, I personally went through three (yes 3!!) VHS tapes of “The Little Mermaid” because I watched the movie so many times.  I can still clearly remember the scene where all of her sisters were singing, and then Ariel was missing.  And I bet I could still sing every word from every song from that movie.

Starting tomorrow (Thursday, 10.22.09) night, Disney on Ice will be at the Rose Quarter through Sunday (10.25.09).  Times are as follows:

  • Thursday & Friday – 7:30pm
  • Saturday: Noon, 3:30pm and 7:00pm
  • Sunday: 1:00pm and 4:30pm

dsc01398The performance will feature four Disney stories including CARS, The Little Mermaid (YES!!), The Lion King, and Tinker Bell.  Each night, an hour before the show, there will be a Disney Princess Pre-Show. You should arrive up to one hour early to tour our dazzling display of gorgeous gowns.  This is complimentary to all ticket holders.  Tickets can be purchased here, at the Rose Quarter Box Office, participating TicketsWest/Safeway locations or by calling 977.789.ROSE.

As for your post… I certainly agree with a lot of what you’ve said here but wouldn’t it be just as easy to figure out another way to go about it? I mean why screw around with your quality of life if you don’t have to?

I’m really an disney princess nut and am constantly on the prowl for new and interesting sites and posts about new princess related stuff that I might add to my daughter’s collection… which is what led me here.
